The City of Omro is located in Winnebago County on the beautiful and historic Fox River. Omro is a part of the Fox Valley, the fastest growing area in the State of Wisconsin.

The Oshkosh/Omro area hosts several events each year with the EAA's Airventure the being the largest event. The EAA's historic museum and grounds are only 8-10 miles South-East from the motel. Reservations for the Air show are taken throughout the year.

The Fox Valley area also hosts several fishing tournaments throughout the year with Lake Winnebago, Lake Butte des Morts, Lake Winneconne, and Lake Poygan being only a few miles away from the motel.
